What do I do if the product breaks down ?

What is the difference between LCD and Plasma ?
Plasma television display consists of cells which are injected with neon gas during the manufacturing process. The gas is electrically charged at specific intervals when the Plasma set is in use. The charged gas then strikes red, green and blue pixels on the screen, thus creating a television image. Plasma is the preferred TV for watching sport. LCD technology has two layers of transparent material which are “glued” together. One of the layers is coated with individual liquid crystals. Current is then passed through the individual crystals, which allow the crystals to pass or block light to create television images. LCD is the preferred TV for playing video games.
